Your Responsibilities
As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll keep the chips flying—in a controlled, precise, and efficient way, with an eye for both detail and accuracy!
Your role includes:
- Operating and setting up CNC lathes
- Adjusting programs and changing tools as needed
- Carrying out quality checks on finished parts using measuring equipment
- Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor faults
- Documenting production and inspection steps
- Confidently setting up and launching series production orders

What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in metalworking or equivalent professional experience
- Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes (experience with automatic lathes is a plus)
- Ability to use measuring tools and interpret technical drawings is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding with a hands-on, quality-focused approach
- Willingness to work shifts
- Class B driving license and own car are an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
- Team player with reliability
- Basic German language skills
