Your Responsibilities

As a Printer, you'll bring color to life—precisely, cleanly, and always with a smile under your printing helmet!

What you'll do:

Set up, prepare, and operate modern printing machines, especially central cylinder presses
Prepare inks and materials, ensuring smooth color changes during production
Monitor the printing process and carry out quality checks according to specifications
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
Maintain, clean, and perform minor servicing on equipment
Document production data and coordinate closely with your team and shift supervisor
Keep your workspace clean and tidy, and ensure seamless shift handovers

Completed vocational training as a printer in water-based printing, gravure or packaging printing, or as a painter, or similar technical trade background
Experience operating central cylinder printing presses preferred
Advantageous: Experience troubleshooting minor production issues
Willingness to work in shifts
Careful, quality-conscious work style
Team player who is reliable
Physically fit and able to work on your feet
Class B driving license and own vehicle are a plus
German or Russian language skills required

Full-time position
Permanent employment contract
€200 welcome bonus
€300 referral bonus
