Your Responsibilities
As an Earthmoving Machine Operator, you’ll move tons of material with excavators and wheel loaders—precisely, safely, and with a smile under your helmet!
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating earthmoving machinery (excavators/wheel loaders) at a waste sorting facility
- Supplying screening and sorting systems as well as conveyor belts
- Loading and unloading containers, skips, and trucks
- Handling, transferring, and temporarily storing recyclables and residual materials
- Visually inspecting materials and removing contaminants
- Cleaning, maintaining, and performing minor upkeep on the machines
- Following safety, environmental, and occupational health & safety guidelines
- Supporting yard and facility operations as needed

What You Bring
- Experience as an earthmoving machine operator or construction equipment operator; experience in recycling or waste sorting plants is a plus
- Confident operation of excavators and wheel loaders
- Valid machinery operator certificate/license is an advantage
- Category B driving license and personal vehicle is a plus
- Technical understanding and attention to maintenance and care
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Team player with a reliable work ethic
- Basic German language skills
