Your Responsibilities
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll feed our waste sorting facility with materials—accurately, safely, and always with a smile under your hard hat!
Your day-to-day includes:
- Operating heavy equipment such as excavators and wheel loaders to supply our waste sorting facility
- Loading, unloading, and relocating waste fractions around the yard
- Basic pre-sorting and visual inspection of inbound materials
- Safely transporting material to receiving points, stockpiles, and containers
- Performing simple care and maintenance tasks on machinery
- Following all safety, environmental, and cleanliness standards in your work area
- Documenting quantities, special incidents, and the condition of machines

What You Bring
- Experience as a heavy equipment operator or in the waste management sector is a plus
- Practical experience operating excavators or wheel loaders
- Certification or license to operate heavy equipment is a plus
- Valid class B driver's license and own vehicle are a plus
- Willingness to work outdoors and in shifts
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Team player and reliable
- Basic German language skills
- Strong safety awareness and careful work ethic
