Your responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll help keep the recycling facility organized—pallet by pallet, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture!
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate a forklift on company premises
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and compactors
- Internal transport and staging of recyclable materials
- Sort, move, and temporarily store waste and recycling items
- General support tasks around the yard and facility
- Visual and quantity checks of materials
- Comply with safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations
- Assist with cleaning and tidying up as needed

What You Bring
- - Experience as a forklift operator or in warehouse work is an advantage
- - Valid forklift license (Flurfördermittelschein)
- - Class B driver’s license and your own vehicle are a plus
- - Willingness to work in a recycling facility and outdoors
- - Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- - Careful and safety-conscious work style
- - Reliable team player
- - Basic German language skills
- - Willingness to work shifts is a plus
