Your Responsibilities
As a Bodywork Foreman, you’re the person who gets metal back into perfect shape – from first assessment to a shiny handover!
What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining the right repair methods
- Organizing and providing expert supervision of all bodywork tasks in the workshop
- Overseeing the use of tools, equipment, and workshop machinery
- Ensuring timely and high-quality order processing
- Working closely with the service advisors, parts department, and paint shop
- Ordering and managing spare parts and materials
- Supporting the team with technical problem-solving during repairs
- Documenting all work and carrying out consistent quality checks

What You Bring
- Completed training as a certified body and vehicle construction foreman, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the bodywork field
- Solid knowledge of body repairs and straightening techniques
- Confident handling of workshop equipment, diagnostic tools, and measuring devices
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for quality
- Team player with reliability and dedication
- Physically fit
- Good command of German (spoken and written)
- Class B driver’s license and your own car are a plus
