Your Role
As a Painter’s Assistant specializing in fire protection coatings, you’ll be the person who ensures steel and other materials stay safe under extreme conditions—with cleanly applied protective coatings and a steady hand!
What awaits you:
- Applying fire protection coatings to components and surfaces
- Preparation work such as cleaning, masking, and sanding
- Working with various paint and coating systems (e.g., primer, intermediate, and top coats)
- Quality control of completed work
- Mixing and preparing materials according to manufacturer specifications
- Careful covering, touch-ups, and repairs as needed
- Adhering to safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Caring for tools and equipment, keeping job sites organized
- Coordination with the team and site management

What You Bring
- Manual skills—a background in painting, coating, or surface preparation is a plus
- Experience with coatings and surface prep is an advantage
- Class B driver’s license and your own car are a plus
- Physically fit
- Team player and reliable
- Able to work independently and with attention to detail
- Basic German skills
- Willingness to work weekday day shifts (Monday to Friday)
