Your Responsibilities
As a Painter’s Assistant, you’ll help bring color and life to our clients’ projects and support our team on site—whether with a paintbrush, roller, or a positive attitude!
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with various painting and renovation tasks
- Preparing job sites for painting work
- Moving materials and helping out with general tasks
- Supporting skilled tradespeople on site
- Prepping surfaces—covering, sanding, and filling as needed
- Mixing paints and setting out tools
- Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning work and safety areas
- Lending a hand with wallpapering and painting jobs

What You Bring
- Some experience as a painter’s assistant, painter, or general construction helper is a plus
- Good practical and manual skills
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding work
- Team player and reliable
- Basic German language skills
- Driver’s license (Class B) and your own car are advantageous
- A careful and clean approach to work
- Willingness to work in changing locations and take on a variety of tasks
