Your Responsibilities
As a Machine and Plant Operator, you’ll make sure plastics and machines work in perfect harmony—keeping production running smoothly at all times!
What you can look forward to:
- Setting up, tooling, and operating state-of-the-art equipment for manufacturing plastic packaging
- Monitoring production processes to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Conducting quality checks through visual inspections and precise measurements
- Detecting and resolving equipment faults; performing minor maintenance and cleaning
- Supplying materials, adjusting machines for different formats, and documenting production data
- Observing safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Packing and labeling finished products and handing them over for internal transport

What You Bring
- Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator, Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, or a comparable qualification; alternately, production experience
- Experience in plastics processing or packaging manufacturing is a plus
- Good technical understanding and a focus on quality
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job
- Team player, reliable
- Basic German skills
- Class B driving license and own car are advantageous
