Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you make sure results are crystal clear—you spot every flaw before anyone else does!
Your role will include:
- Ensuring product quality and performing quality control in glass manufacturing
- Inspecting products according to set quality standards
- Reading and applying technical 2D drawings confidently
- Masking and protecting areas not to be processed
- Preparing glass products for further processing
- Identifying, evaluating, and documenting deviations in quality
- Handling glass and production materials with care
- Carrying out assigned tasks independently, with accurate documentation
- Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring
- Confident reading and understanding of technical 2D drawings
- Professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, or production is an advantage
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Careful, independent, and responsible approach to work
- Strong sense of quality and precision
- Team player with reliability
- Physically fit and able to handle delicate materials safely
- Class B driving license and your own car are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of German
