Your Responsibilities
As an HVAC Technician – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, you'll help keep people and equipment cool under pressure—with a wrench, a gasket, and a friendly smile!
What you'll do:
- Install, assemble, and commission refrigeration and air conditioning systems at our client sites
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep systems running smoothly
- Carry out leak detection, pressure tests, and proper (re)charging with refrigerants
- Read and interpret wiring and piping diagrams; perform function checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults quickly, safely, and cleanly on site
- Document all work performed and communicate directly with customers and your team
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations

What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as a refrigeration systems technician, HVAC installer, or similar qualification
- Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology is an advantage
- Class B driver’s license and your own vehicle are a plus
- Good command of German (spoken and written)
- Manual dexterity and confidence in using tools
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable working at height (an advantage)
- Willingness to travel for installations within the local region
- Team player and reliable
