Your Responsibilities
As a Refuse Collector, you’ll help keep Hürth clean—bin by bin, always with a smile!
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting and emptying residual, organic, and paper waste bins along designated routes
- Safely getting on and off the refuse truck and accompanying the driver on the route
- Operating the lifter and strictly following all safety regulations
- Sorting and carefully handling bins from 60 to 1,100 liters
- Keeping collection points tidy and performing light cleaning tasks on the vehicle
- Providing friendly assistance to residents with any questions

What You Bring
- Previous experience in waste management or as a general helper is a plus
- Class B driver’s license and your own car are an advantage
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A team player, reliable, and punctual
- Willing to start early and work route-based shifts
- Basic German language skills
