Your Role
As a Garbage Truck Driver, you’ll help keep Hürth, the Rhein-Erft district, and Cologne clean—dependable, attentive, and always with a friendly attitude!
Your main tasks:
- Driving and maneuvering waste collection vehicles on local routes—safe and reliable tours in and around Hürth, the Rhein-Erft district, and Cologne
- Supporting the team with loading by bringing bins, securing, and emptying them
- Operating the vehicle’s lifting and compaction mechanisms
- Following your route plan and coordinating briefly with the dispatcher
- Daily pre-departure vehicle checks, basic maintenance, and upkeep
- Complying with all safety, environmental, and disposal regulations
- Documenting routes and any special incidents

What You Bring
- - Valid truck (LKW) driving license Class C or CE including Code 95 entry and driver card
- - Previous experience driving trucks locally or in waste management is a plus
- - Physically fit and enjoy working outside
- - Team player and reliable
- - Basic knowledge of German required
- - Willingness to start early with morning shifts
- - Comfortable with operating lifting and compactor vehicle equipment
- - Local knowledge of the Rhein-Erft district and Cologne is an advantage
- - Class B license and your own car are a plus
