Your Responsibilities
As a Production Worker – Precast Concrete Elements, you'll help turn cement and steel into outstanding products – what you build will last longer than any New Year's resolution!
What you’ll be doing:
- Filling and compacting concrete molds
- Manufacturing large concrete and reinforced concrete components
- Producing concrete pipes, precast parts, and shaft systems
- Formwork and reinforcement work according to plans
- Stripping, finishing, and quality control of the components
- Operating mixing and production machinery
- Keeping your workstation clean and orderly

What You Bring
- Experience in production or precast concrete work is a plus
- Good manual skills and confident use of tools
- Ability to read simple drawings and formwork plans is an advantage
- Physically fit and precise in your work
- Team player and reliable
- Basic German language skills
- Driving license (Class B) and your own car are an advantage
- Willingness to work 10-hour days, overtime, and Saturdays
- Willing to work shifts depending on assignment
