Your tasks
As a Production Worker - Precast Concrete Parts, you bring cement and steel into top form – what you build will definitely last longer than any New Year's resolution!
This is what you can expect:
- Filling and compacting concrete molds
- Manufacturing large concrete and reinforced concrete elements
- Production of concrete pipes, precast parts, and shaft systems
- Shuttering and reinforcement work according to plans
- Demolding, finishing, and quality control of components
- Operating mixing and production equipment
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace

What You Bring
- Work experience in production or precast concrete manufacturing is an advantage
- Manual skills and safe handling of tools
- Ability to read simple drawings and formwork plans is an advantage
- Physical resilience and careful working methods
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Basic knowledge of German
- Class B driving license and own car are an advantage
- Willingness to work 10-hour days, overtime, and on Saturdays
- Willingness to work in shifts depending on assignment
