Your Tasks
As a Construction Waste Sorter, you’ll keep building debris and plastics in order—no magic tricks required, just a sharp eye and nimble hands!
What you’ll be doing:
- Sorting construction site waste such as rubble and plastics in a recycling facility
- Separating materials into correct categories and removing any foreign objects
- Visually inspecting and carrying out quality control of sorted materials
- Making sure your work area stays clean and organized
- Following all safety and environmental regulations
- Working in a single early shift (morning shift)

What You Bring
- Some experience in recycling, waste management, or production is a plus
- Category B driver’s license and your own car are an advantage
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Team player and reliable
- Basic German language skills
- Willingness to work in the early shift
- Careful, detail-oriented working style and a good eye for sorting quality
- Willing to wear protective gear and adhere to safety rules
